Xiaobo WU

Dr Xiaobo WU is a Professor of Innovation and Strategic Management, School of Management at Zhejiang University. He is honored as Qiushi Distinguished Professor of Zhejiang University, Chang Jiang Scholar Professor by Ministry of Education. He currently serves as director of both Faculty of Social and Sciences and National Institute for Innovation Management. He has received numerous honors and award including the first Ministry of Education Outstanding Teaching Award in 2019. Put forward the management theory of 'secondary innovation' and the theory about beyond catching up called “the C theory”.

Binlei GONG

Dr. Binlei GONG is Researcher of School of Public Affairs, Zhejiang University, Young Changjiang Scholar of Ministry of Education, Chief Expert of National Social Science Fund Major Project. Professor Gong’s research focuses on Productivity and Economic Growth, Development Economics, Agricultural Economics, Energy Economics. His work has been published extensively in leading academic journals, including JDE and AJAE with honors as the top ten academic progress projects of Zhejiang University in 2020.
