On the afternoon of May 13, Dr. Lin Shijie, the president of Golden State University shared his newest research with MBA about How do the Senior Leaders Influence Their Surroundings, which is an unprecedented comprehensive research about the leaders in important institution maintaining their position by exerting personal, ethical, organizational and social factors.
In the lecture, Dr. Lin shared his research based on profound conversations and quantitative analysis. More than 500 leaders from enterprises, government, high educational and non-profit agencies took part in the research, including two American Presidents. He detected that some characters that they have in common, such as they all made a difference between their 20s to 40s, which was crucial because of the significant challenges and opportunities they encountered. Therefore, he encouraged the attendances to seize the time and broaden the international views.
