On June 5, two summit conversations ‘The Conversation between Two Nations’ and ‘International Rose Leaders’ Conversation’, undertook by School of Management, Zhejiang University and IESE Business School, came to a successful close in the meeting hall of IESE Business School. Led by the dean Professor Wu Xiaobo and the associate dean Professor Chen Lin, EMBA members the well-known entrepreneur Tu Xiaoyan, Zhu Hong attended the activity with the chairman of Academic Committee of China-Europe and Spanish entrepreneurs.
The conversation between two nations was themed on globalization, innovation and investment. Firstly held in Spain, the activity was a continuous communication between China and Spain to bring out more innovation and development opportunities by face-to-face talk. As a historical beneficial attempt, on one hand, it was the dream of Chinese government and enterprises to invest abroad and to participate more profound in the international division and economic globalization, on the other hand, as a promising emerging investment destination, Spain was in need of being exploited, especially by Eastern countries.
Rose club was initiated by feminine EMBA members of School of Management. The club consisted of some remarkable women, including both the management of enterprises and government. The international rose leaders’ conversation discussed profound topics such as fortune and happiness, fashion and life, and education and children
Adhering to the motto of Zhejiang University, School of Management regarded the training of students’ international view as an important part of the international strategy. This visit lay a solid foundation for the further exchanges and cooperation.
