On November 18, 2013, deputy director of International Campus Development Committee Office, Zhejiang University as well as vice president of Rural Development Institute Longbao Wei showed warm reception for doctor Peter Goldsmith with other leaders.

   Longbao Wei introduced the basic situation of the education and research projects of the National Humanities vs Social Sciences base CARD. While professor Goldsmith introduced the basic situation of Illinois Champaign and food & agricultural management projects founded by the College of Agricultural & Consumer Economics Department as well as Business Department. Both sides reached an agreement in teaching as well as arrangement of enterprise practice about UIUC food & agricultural management project Chinese business trip in agriculture in March next year as well as the co-training for PhD. Finally, Longbao Wei visited the carter research showroom.
