During March 21 to 22, a delegation of 25 comprised of Dr. Mark Robison，Dr. Raymond Gallagher and Ed. D graduates from USC Rossier School of Education visited Zhejiang University, which was the first event after the cooperative agreement reached in January. In the view of USC delegation, Zhejiang University was an important focus of observing and studying contemporary Chinese universities.
Two sides conducted several doctoral academic salons, visited the Youth League Committee, Danqing Academy and affiliated primary school, and discussed issue that concerned both, they were the research and application of university educational science, Ed. D education, the education of creation, entrepreneurship and leadership, training and guiding to the junior grade students in college and so on.
