At the invitation of the School of Economics of Zhejiang Unviersity, Professor Paul Forestel, the principal of Long Island University CW Post Campus, Katherine Hill-Miller, the dean of the college of Art and Sciences, Scot Brackenridg, the director of the Global Institution and China Centre, and Ms. Chen Mengqi, the director of the Asian admission and International Education came to visited the School of Economics on October 31st. Party secretary and vice president Professor Jiang Yuexiang, accompanied by the vice president Professor Gu Guoda, the vice director of Finance Department and Vice Professor Yu Jiefang and other professors extended warm welcome.
The two schools discussed the possible approaches to cooperation of 2+2 undergraduate project and 2+2+1 undergraduate and postgraduate joint Project, along with the curriculum provision, credit exchange and the intension of the cooperation between the teachers and overseas students.
