On Mar.5th, 2012, delegation from Science Po Paris, led by Professor Francis Verillaud (the Vice President of Science Po Paris), visited Zhejiang University.

Vice President Wu Ping, and Vice President Francis Verillaud signed cooperation agreement. During the meeting, Professor Wu Ping told the delegation details of school development planning, educational philosophy, research and teaching, international cooperation and exchanges, and some information about cooperation and exchanges. Professor Wu Ping pointed out the prospects of Sino-French cooperation project, and wished for a strong cooperation, especially in the field of humanities, and social science, thereby enhancing the level and the international reputation of Zhejiang University, accelerating towards the pace of world-class universities.During the visit, the delegation, together with Professor Yu Xunda (the President of Social Science Faculty) and Professor Shen Jian (Secretary of the School of Humanities), had a discussion covering on cooperation intent.
