On May 8th, 2011, Pekka Malinen and Veikka Pirhonen from Business Innovation Technology, School of Science and Technology of Aalto University, and Raphael Giesecke, director of Industrial Engineering and Management, visited NIIM. Professor Wei Jiang, Vice Director of NIIM, Associate Professor Zheng Gang and Jin Jun greeted them.
Professor Wei Jiang firstly introduced the organization framework, history, science research, personnel training, academic communication and international cooperation of NIIM. Director Malinen also gave an introduction of Aalto University and Industrial Engineering and Management. Both of the sides had a friendly talk together, and wish for bright future between Aalto University and Zhejiang University.
