From November 4 to 6, 2010, at the invitation of doctoral supervisor Professor Wang Jian, director of Institute for Physical Science and Technology, a delegation of four people, led by Professor Olavi Airaksinen, Head of Rehabilitation Department of School of Medicine in Finnish Kuopio University, Clinical Director of Physical and Rehabilitation Centre, Deputy Director of the Academic Council of International Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Medicine and editor of the International Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, visited Zhejiang University for academic exchanges.

During the visit, the two sides reported and exchanged on the first phase achievement of China- Finland governmental scientific and technology cooperation project on “EMG diagnosis of early Parkinson's disease,” and discussed the research task and academic exchanges of the next phase.
